Thinkin of starting first cycle

My buddy told me that he can get me Dianabol and Testosterone enanthate for strength and mass increase, nolvadex and clomid for my anti-estrogens.
He told me that he can get me all of this for $700.
Please, I need advice. I would be taking this for my first cycle. So I need to know if this would be worth 700, also what kinds of gains could someone wighting 150 with anout 10% body fat expect after this cycle is over.

plus youre 150lbs. You need to bulk naturally(unless youre 4' tall)

I am 5'10" and no matter how much I lift, I dont put weight on. I can tone, but I want to add bulk. My goals are adding lean mussle. I want to bulk my upper-body with something that will allow me to. The only person I know that can get me this stuff is the guy that says he would charge me 700 for everything, does anyone know how else I could pick this stuff up cheaper. Does anyone have any recomendations with something else I should buy or anything? Thanks
