    PWO - no dextrose, what else?

    ran out of dextrose, dont have time to get more for 3 more days.
    what else can i use?
    fruit?

    Fruit will do nothing to replinish muscle glycogen, so forget that.

    Use sweet tarts, smarties, or even honey if you are in a pinch.

    really? why candy? i have honey so i'll use that for now, am i using the same amount? 40g pro, 80g honey?

    Where are you guys getting your dex? I went to a local heath food store and they didnt have any so im looking to buy some online... any prefered stores or brands?

    Why candy? Simply because smarties and sweet tarts are nothing BUT DEXTROSE.

    It's the same exact thing.
