    Why look like Swole when you can look like me with hard work and dedication, in just 2 years my body fat % is way down and i am very proud of myself, i plan to bulk back up about 10lbs but wanna keep my lean look, here is a pic of me before a show, notice how shredded i am:




    Wondering how to get this awesome physique? Here is my plan:

    Cardio 24x a week at target HR (wanna save that muscle)
    Total Kcals are around 500 per day....Make that sacrifice man....
    Lift 3 days a week high reps very low weight, ex: 4x50
    Tons of Ab work, i feel this has lead me to such a awesome six pack including all 8 ribs showing.

    can I drink vodka, or whiskey while cutting/keto? 2moro i gotta go to a party, and I need to get drunk.. lol i dun drink beer anywayz so its all good abt it.. jus wonderin abt the vodka or whiskey..?

    You do what you have to do. If you must get drunk, then you should ask yourself where the importance of your diet/physique/goals lie in relation to getting twisted.
