wow u ppl sure sleep a lot lol ever since i started cycle i sleep at 12 midnight wake up 4 am or 5 am.. and nap at like 2 pm til 5 pm then hit the weights..
i need some help with this.. im thinkin im tired of oatmeal lol i saw this kellogs special 99% fat free wheat flakes & rice .. so i was wondering after my morning cardio i usually wait 45 mins before i eat/drink anything.. would it be alright to have this ? heres the nutrition info.. oh and i usually have 30/60 g protein shake first before any food.. after cardio..
