bor how much do you weight? That is insanely low kcal imo
You'd do better with critiques here laying out your entire training/non-training day protocols.

hey bros thanks for telling me i just finished my cycle of sus/dbol/stanazol & i worked my way from 86kg to 93kg& half & i droped to 91kg so the deal is i'm not good with cutting so what i want to do is to cut natural with 45min cardio ed in the morning before my next cycle in march to look good i'm 6'1 91kg
