Okay i am about to start a cycle of prop 75mg ed tren 75mg ed and anavar 25mg ed i am at 190 15-16 percent bf i want to get to 11-12 and gain about 5-10 pounds of lean mass if possible....But i need help with the diet part shoud i do a low carb or dotn worry abotu carbs just cut them out after 6 can soem one please help thanx guys...
