    Why is ALA important while cutting?
    Anyone have any suggestions on brands.

    ALA is a tool, it is not necessary. It helps to shuttle carbs to the muscles. Go to www.allsportsnutrition.com and do a r-ALA search.

    Helps keep the insuling spikes down. Just don't take it with your PWO. Either before and or after.

    what do you mean not to take it with your pwo. I've always been taking ala with my shake.

    You want to avoid it w/the shake because your muscle cells are already stimulated for increased uptake. Taking ala sensitizes fat cells as well, and that's pretty senseless to do pwo unless you want to store those pwo nutrients in fat cells instead of muscle cells.
