i used this a few months ago and gained about 10lbs. i also felt alot of bloat because all the sugar thats in it.. i did some intense cardio when i was taking this..a friend of mine didnt do that much cardio and he gained weight but ended up with a belly while taking serious mass...

I should point out that the carbs are supposed to be mostly from complex carbs.
i use it. the carbs are not from dextrose but from maltodextrin. I think its pretty good. I just use half a serving and add a scoop or two of 100% whey to fill out the protein content.
