I do my cardio early in the morning, but I also play about an hour of basketball around noon before I lift for 45min-1hr. I have read before that the "lunch time" basketball will hurt my progess, is this true? I play hoop not only because I enjoy it but I feel as if I am getting a better workout because I am already sweating and loose before I hit the weights. PS: I'm cutting, I'm 6'1, 205lbs, about 18-20% body fat.
