This is the second day for me. Haven't actually been this serious about it before. My question is how long will it take for me to get into ketosis and when will I not feel so weak? (I have not consumed 1g carbs in these past two days)

yeah, I think they are called ketostix or something like that.
I have the fat to burn for energy while I workout, difference is, is that I take a little longer rests right now so I won't crash as hard.
So, I guess once I am in Ketosis, my energy level will rise back up?
