I have read the sticky at the top about cutting which I found to be EXTEREMELY informative. I got a diet from one of my friends that works at a personal trainer out of world's gym in Orlando and I just want to see what "you" think. I realize its lacking PWO and fats.

Meal 1-7 50g pro
Meal 1-5 75g carbs
Meal 6-7 50g carbs
Day 2
Meal 1-7 50g pro
Meal 1-5 50 g carbs
Meal 6 25g carbs
Meal 7 no carbs
Day 3
Meal 1-7 50g pro
Meal 1-3 50 g carbs
Meal 4-5 25 g carbs
Meal 6-7 no carbs
Day 4
Meal 1-7 50 g carbs
Meal 1-4 25g carbs
Meal 5-7 no carbs
He said to cycle it for a month and switch up. Anything good come from this or should I just somewhat follow the getting cut diet at a staple? Thanks for any help what-so-ever
Oh yeah and Im looking to cut. Im 235 about 14-16%bf.
