i did a first cycle of clen the cycle was for two weeks , and then they wanted you to take hydroxycut or something like this for two weeks and then go another two weeks on clen, but my problem is that im not sure weather i should start the cycle again the same way i started the first two week cycle??
heres what my first 2 weeks looked like:
week 1: 1,2,3,4,5,5,5,
week 2: 5,5,5,4,3,2,1

If the first cycle worked well for you and you did not experience too many sides, then I'd proceed with the second cycle again.....Also, there are quite a few great threads on this that I've seen so try some research and I think you'll find a lot of info.

Finally, there are quite a few people now adding benadryl to the clen cycle, which apparently, makes it unecessary to cycle the clen for 2 weeks on and 2 off....I'm looking for those threads myself and will post them when I find them...

1 week clen 1 week off etc. it works better for me and u dont need the eca stack
