I've worked out for almost 2 years. I had significant gain during my first year just like anyone else, but I hardly found myself gaining muscle mass after. now i feel that im getting close to the limit where you can't get any bigger.
I figured out something other than blaming my genes needs to be done.
I want to gain a little and lose a little after. adding about 20 pounds of solid muscle sounds good to me. I will like to know if the aac is the best solution for me, and if so which one is ideal and dosage. i was going for sust 250 equipose, or possibly test-c or test-e. please help...
