    need some size and some lunch advise???

    aight bros im still in school (high school) and i cant eat heathy there and i need a lil advise aight ive been taking my lunch to school and i pack a 6in sub with chicken breast some chips and some fruit i dont think that thats enough so if yall could maybe help me on what i could pack in a lil lunch bad for school that would be great thanks a bunch

    If memory serves me correct HS is like 6 hours so you should either eat right before, lunch, then right after... or bring two lunches. Make it a 12 in sub...

    ya i drink a shake for breakfast then i have lunch so ya i dont get to eat enough but i will cope with what i can eat during school then right after school i go home and eat and go to the gym so all together ill eat 5-6 times a day but only 3-4 of those meals are good meals

    Use two empty water bottles. In each measure the number of scoops from your favorite protein supplement, at your break time add water shake well and down it quick this should add at least two good meals to your day…

    start eating egg whites and oatmeal before school... doesnt your school have hot lunches with lots of protein?

    and when u say egg whites do u mean cook them of just raw and i used to put egg whites in my protien shake thanks a bunch

    Always cook them unless you purchase them pasteurized.

    how many do u think i should eat and would some bacon or some sausage be good to through in there to and maybe eat that with half a serving of my shake thanks a bunch

    hey bro get you some protein bars and munch on them at school as well i used to do that and they wouldnt even know i was eating in class i know detour make some pretty good protein bars but in the morning i would eat 4 egg whites just crack the egg and dispose of the yoke and 2-4 pieces of bacon and a protein shake as well pack your self a penutbutter sandwich as well it has some good fats for you and is also some good protein and some nuts are good snack in between classes as well

    protein bars well i did think they were ok but people r saying theyre full of sugar alcohol and stuff like that well most of em are i think if u really look u can find 1 without all that **** the taste might not be the best got the same problem here college i either dont eat cuz they serve white bread with fried s***

    Agreed, I use to eat them raw until I saw a study of a biotin buildup caused from raw eggs.
