I work at GNC and by far the best over the counter is either lipo 6 or intensifys or mornings by NDS. Both are synephrine based which is the sister root to ephedra....they hit, believe me. Hydroxycut, Xenadrine, Xantrex are all caffeine based. Also, look into CLA, its good stuff. Good luck bro!!!!
