I plan on starting a strict summer cutter in a month or so and my goals are to gain 10-15 of pure solid lean muscle with NO water retention whatsoever and definitely get ripped up. This will be my 4th cycle. I will be doing cardio 3-4 times a week and my diet will be on point, absolutely no junk food, cokes, etc. Here is what I have in mind, let me know what you bros think?
