Im going to do two weeks clen and people are recomending ECA in the off weeks Im in California I can't find Ephedria what do I do for my off weeks?

Have you ever read any of Hookers articles on clen and the use of benadryl with it? I would do a search for them and research it a bit more if I were you. Seriously, it'll take you 1 minute and it'll provide you with tons of info.

you can ephedra at your local gas station or party store, in the form of bronkaid. it was only band as a diatary suppliment.
