haven't used the syd yet but the AP is good stuff have personally used the test e and deca 300 and had outstanding gains .

500mg test E weekly
300mg deca 300 weekly
for 12 weeks than pct
put on 26pounds kept 17.have had some of the fellas use the same stuff prettymuch the same cycle and they had close to the same success.I am sure it was due to different eating habits.
