Military Presses!
leg press, nosebreakers, hammer curls, deads, tbar rows
weighted dips, squats (love to hate 'em), barbell curls
Preacher curls, weighted pull-ups, hip sled leg presses.
Squats, Deads, Barbell Bent Rows, Standing Calf-raises, Power Cleans.
Deads, squats, Bentover rows, Incline bench, straight bar.... I dunno I love it all

I agree I HATE flat bench.. I use dumbells... but incline I love it !!
Love it all! I love every lift. Can't say as I hate or don't enjoy a single one. To each their own I guess.

incline dumbell presses, dumbell flyes, standing concentration curls,pressdowns are the bomb I could do those all day if I wanted too
i like doin everything, i think my favorite would have to be any chest exercise tho. probably inline dumbells and bench.
Any and all SHOULDER exercise!!!!!!!!!!! I don't know why I think its the adrenilen rush of having a 20 min drive home and barely being able to touch the steering wheel!!!!
