fack all...i eat em neket..sometimes with pepper
I chop green pepers and onions into then before cooking then scamble. Then top with a ****load of hot sauce.
worschtishere sauce (sp) sauce with some onion powder and garlic salt. Very good!!!
i usually put green onions,pepper, little garlic powder and sometime salsa
I throw cheese in them when cutting. That makes up the fat portion of my meal. Or sometimes I will throw a couple slices of turkey bacon in there for the Fat portion also.
I just boil them and eat the whites.I thikn they taste good plain.
....a little fresh salsa - really spices up those egg whites!
franks red hot sauce, or no sugar added ketchup..salsa is good too.

No I am not kidding...
I buy pasteurised eggwhites cartons and simply swig it down like a shot. It has a rather nasty gooey consistency but has NO taste whatsoever.
It takes 3 seconds and voila... 25g of protein.

It's delicious!
But on the road (I spend long hours on the road for my job), I usually will just drink 1 or 2 cartons of eggwhites during my shift. It's quick and easy (and yes, quite snotty!)
