    Funny story...

    We have this guy in my office. Nice guy, but a total goober. Iv given him some workout advice in the past. So today he comes up to me and says. I have a little bit of fat around my lower abs i need to get rid of. Then he says i dont want to do sit-ups or cardio. So jokingly i say "GH" ...lol He looks at me funny and says "steroids"...lol I said well no, Gh is not a steroid. Then he says ohh no im affraid to do steroids. So of course i had to ask why....With a straight face he said did you see that movie The Program..? Did you see what it did to that one football player...? Id be worried i wouldnt be able to control myself like him...hahahahaha I almost pissed my pants laughing at the dude. Needless to say he dropped his head and walked away....

    That was the craziest scene I've ever witnessed in a movie. AFTER a football game the freak starts Clean, Jerk & Press 3 plates!
