Sounds like you are looking for that magic overnight miracle without any(little) training or clue on what you need to do. Not going to happen bro. Be patient and learn better eating pricibles and workouts because at 18yrs you have alot of future potential. At 18yrs old and if you are much overweight then overeating at Burger King for the last few years needs to stop. Progress is there but only with a intelligent approach.
