Im new to all of this.. i have no idea where to start- all i know is i need to lose some weight- i dont know any of the "lingo" you guys are all using and everything... but any sugestions would be great- right now im logging everything im eating .. but does anyone knwo if any good day to day eatting patterns?? something that would fit a college schedule? What would you recomend for a workout.. im guessing a lot of cardio- im not looking for mucsle gain
