    B-complex vs B-12

    What do you guys think is better b-complex or b-12? Where is a good site to get human grade?

    i think they r pretty much the same bro... for b-12 check out the sponsor to the board it's a little higher price then vet stores but it's human grade so your sure it's good stuff..

    b-complex can have a nasty little sting to it. i prefer straight up b12
