    Question AAKG... worth it or get just arginine?

    Is the AAKG worth the extra money? Or will straight L-arginine be sufficaint? Or is DiArginine Malate inbetween the two? Im so lost

    you can buy AAKG in bulk powder form i believe at 1fast400 for cheap..

    no I know that... Im basically asking which one to get? Just straight arginine or the other ones?

    or just take more creatine. arginine is in creatine... so is ornithine, taurine and methionine
