    is 5'11 165lbs 6% ok to juice for a 1st time?

    should u be heavier than the above stats to start juicing? 165lbs isnt heavy but at 6% what u think?

    i started juicing at the same stats i'm 230 now.
    how old?
    how long have you been working out for?

    21yrs, been lifting for 4 years, the last year being really solid, getting my diet in better shape recently and trying to get my weight up, i am commited but i could be more i think

    if ur gonna do a cycle stick with test only for a first and do alot of research
    before hand good luck

    ok cheers for the advice, i really wana get my weight up more tho, so when i hit the sauce it works wonders! wot u think about m1t?? or should i just go for the real deal and swerve the pro hormones?

    i like test e 2x a wk @ 250mg for 12 weeks

    Exactly. Save gear for when gaining muscle naturally means only a few lbs of muscle even on the most extreme bulking diet, and leaves you mostly gaining fat. AT 6% BF and your stats you can probably bulk up pretty nicely and stay lean during the process, I think you have a ways to go naturally.

    thats the reason i am aprehensive about it, i wana get my weight up to the max or near it, im an ecto and hav been around 6-7% since about 13yrs and just WONT put on fat only muscle

    speaking from a situation similar to you.. i look way better at 190 lbs and 9% than i did at 150 lbs and 6%. I'm 5'8 and i put those 40 lbs on naturally over the past couple years and am gearing up for my first cycle now.

    think il stick with the creatine,glutamine, weight gainer and daily vitimins i think....
