AfterShave Help

Hey, basically I don't have any aftershave. Its a pain in the azz to go buy some since I'm at college and I don't have a car, so i have to take the bus down to meijer's and a few minute trip turns into like 1.5 hr trip, and its basically the only thing i need anyways. So I work in a lab, and I'm just gonna make some. I think the only active ingredient in it is alcohol, but I'm not sure how much they put in aftershave, so if someone could please check, I'd thank you very much.

PS: I'm probably gonna use Isopropyl alcohol, i'm guessing aftershave is like 1 or 2%.
