hey, I would really appreciate some insight on this:
current circumstances are such that I only have access to a mini-refrigerator w/freezer and a microwave. I am 5'9" weight 155 lb and I am trying to bulk up. I work out with friends using low reps, heavy weight 4-5 days a week with little to no cardio.
Can anyone give me a daily meal plan that would allow me to gain muscle-weight under the given conditions. Thanks in advance I appreciate any advice.
