Wuz up fellas. I am currently at 200lbs/15%bf. I am doing cardio every mourning(at least 6x's) and doing a body part a day in the afternoon. I am supplementing with CLA, flax oil, L-Carnatine and a multivitamin. I also take glutamine(5g) at night before bed. I want to get down to 7% I was wondering if their is anything besides what I am taking that will help out. I dont like to get jumpy, thats why I don't take any of the ephedra stuff. Any help will be appreciated. A buddy recommended NO2, said it will help preserve some muscle>
