i superset chest and back together and also bi's and tri's(kindalike the arnold workout)

I kinda like doing chest and back together also/ but thats just me and i dont do it usually but i am just mixing stuff up
I would not work two large muscle groups together (chest & back). The reason is that you body takes energy (ATP-PC & Glycogen) from all over. It just doesn't take it from your chest muscles when doing chest. It utilizes energy from all over. I think you are limiting yourself by doing those together.
I agree...I only do chest and back together (in supersets) every once and a while as a shock or if I miss a workout...
