    agerage t-3 dose

    Ok fella's help me out with a little research. T-3, what's the average dose. Just wondering if 100 mcgs daily is too much.... You dont need to go into any detail about t-4 vs t-3 and the effects of each just wondering about dosage, I do know the theraputic dose, wanted to know the typical bb dose. thanks for any help

    I'm using it right now at 50mcg a day(no gear). This is a relatively low dose. Actually it's the lowest therapeutic dose a BBer should use. As far as the highest, I really don't beleive in going over 75mcg. In think, it's counter productive at these higher doses.

    100mcg is still an acceptable and reasonnable dose.

    100mcg is not too much but I would pyramid up and then pyramid down...

    12.5 mg's a day is perfect if you don't want to shut down or effect your own thyroid...

    Yes but that low a dose will you see any benifits? (12.5 mcg's)

    it all depends on your wieght. average would be about 75 to 100 mcg a day. just make sure you taper up when you start and taper down when you come off . the stuff is something you want to make sure you do right.

    Shouldn't you take it with juice? I've been told/read many times that T3 is quite catabolic and that if taken alone, it eats away at your muscle! Shouldn't you do it with a cycle, near the end.

    Read the post by Cycleon, im currently following it. Im at 100mcg @ day now, and you need that taper period. But I have another question. After tapering off, wouls it be a good idea to take some type of natural/herbal thyroid formula just to help your thyroid out a little so you donr begin to gain weight, or is the taper sufficient for everyone?

    taper should be fine - let your thyroid get back to its natural function - no need to do something that will suppress it.
