i only have access to the gym monday - friday, and i see that most do not train 5 days in a row. it is usually 2 on and 1 off in that type of rotation but that will not work for me because i would run into the weekend. any way my question is this only having mon - fri to work with what muscle groups would you suggest me do. or what type of rotation. i was thinking:
mon-chest
tue -back
wed-legs
thur-arms
fri -shoulders
