Yohimbine Question??

I have a bottle of yohimbine pills which are 750mg per pill. (that is what the sale person told me anyway)

So can anyone help me on how do I take it to burn fat in the best possible way????

Do I take it orally like/with clen or ephedrine ?

or

Grine it up and then make it topical.

If you want it for your abs then grind the pills and mix them with Vasoline. Apply on your stomach, cover with plastic wrap and go do cardio. Remember that your t'shirt will get messy, but it's worth the abs.

can't answer those last questions for ya (sorry, don't know..) but i can say that if the stimulatory effects aren't too bad, you can add an ECA or NYC stack for help with the fat loss...
