When I go on the ski machine/stair stepper I can reach 170bpm, or 180bpm , and keep it there. It seems like I like the feeling of really pushing of myself.
On or off clen, Im always like this. I have perfect blood pressure, and when
I try 150-160bpm it feels like Im going too slow.
I used to play soccer and intense sports HIIT style, so I think thats the reason.
