HGH and eating, HELP!

okay i need some clerification on this issue, so any input is appreciated.

i want to know if it is okay to eat one hour before and/or after injecting HGH.

what r the effects if one does shoot one hour b4 and/or after the injection?

how about a good quality protein shake ( 0 sugars and 3grams of carbs )
