I say no to doubling maybe yes to increasing it. The only reason I say maybe yes is in the event of improved nitrogen retention but how exactly do you measure that in yourself? I say the only way to truly know without individual lab study is personal trial and error.
I meant will the shake promote faster recovery or just make me fat, anyway I'm trying it out so we'll see.........dex went from 60g (1 scoop)to 120 (2 scoops), and prot from 30(1 scoop) to 60(2 scoops)Originally Posted by tycin

I dont think thats terribly extreme. I do 2 scoops of pro (66g WPI) and about 100g both on and off cycle so I dont think its excessive. In fact I think maybe your numbers were a little low before making the change.Originally Posted by bor
