tonight at the gym i sooooo did not feel like lifting ,
so when i got there im like alright ill just do flat bench
normally my 2 working sets are 5X 250, im like ill just do
135lbs 10 reps 5 sets
haha silly me i got to set 4 and felt like my nipples were gonna shoot off my chest barely made 10
5th set only made it to 8 and had to rest the weight on my chest, cause my pecks were burning so bad.
same with inclines figured 5 sets of 10 reps 135lbs

my chest pump we insane tonight 2 hours later and the pump is still there
my tris are still screaming, i was washing my face and had to stop cause the pump in my arms was too much.
