    new on the scene

    what's up yall? Ive been reading this site for awhile & I kind of like it\
    I'm 38 been liftin on and off all my life, serious for the last 5 yrs\
    5ft 9 220lbs natural so far if you dont count m1t 405 bench

    thanks man, the numbers are good and my friends say stay natrual but I am on the dark side of the fence right now. know what I mean?

    There are certainly pro's and con's for both positions (natual vs gear). You will find honest dialog from AR members for both positions.
