Im going over a friends house for the game. Im making my world famous turkey chilli.....I have to admit its some reeeeeally good chilli. OK, since yall are dying to know the secret to my chilli is.....i use beer as the liquid base.... Im sure all my Irish bruddas would love it....

Do you people cut all year long? It must suck to have to look foward to cheat days. I love food too **** much to really cut cals. Hell thats why when i cut i only reduce my cals a little bit and eat a little cleaner and do 3 hours of cardio a day.
