question about eca

okay im new to eca stack now i got lipo 6 im on test as well. i had a question my lipo 6 has 20mg of epehdrine and 200mg caffeine per 2 capsules now how many capsules can i take max please help. one more question are you suppose to cycle eca 2 weeks on and then 2 weeks off how long can u stay on it thanks guys .

take it 3 times daily, so that would be 6 caps in a day. About the cycling, most people cycle it b/w clen 2 on 2 off etc.. I dont usually cycle it, but thats because i usually only take it for a total of 8 weeks out of the year,
