I am 5'6" 170 lbs. Ihave been lifting wieghts for 5 years on and off do to work. I cannot seem to gain anymore wieght. I heard someone in another threads talking about proper calorie intake and carb and protien ratios. I dont know what this means can someone please help me ? Iam new in AR. Everything that I have read has been so helpfull everybody on here is awesome.
