hey guys, been trying to cut for about 4 weeks now, and makin good progress. I was just lookin for some input on my meals, supps, cardio, weights, etc. Whatever you guys think will help!!
heres my usual day:
6am: 45 mins cardio either walk on incline at quick pace, or elliptical
7am: 2c natural oatmeal, protien scoop, glass of milk
9am: protien bar, fat free yogart
11am: tuna sandwich on 100% whole wheat bread...tuna is mixed in mustard, apple with skin
2pm: fat free yogart, handfull of almonds
3pm: workout
5pm: post workout shake with glutamine
5:30pm: 1 or 2 chicken breats, mixed salad with fat free italian dressing
or
4 eggs and a baked potato
- if i get hungry around 9pm, i will have a can of tuna in mustand, no bread, and a protien shake
- for supps, i just finished 120mcg of clen ED for 2 weeks, and now im taking an ECA stack 2 times daily, at breaky and at lunch or mid-afternoon.
- throughout the day i normally put back about 4 liters of water
- training split:
sunday: bis/hams/calves
monday: chest
tuesday: off
wed: quads/calves
thur: back/tri
fri: shoulder/traps
sat: off
-training intensity is heavy heavy!! rep range 10-6
- abs basically every training day or at least 5 times a week
- after im done 2 weeks of this ECA, i will be back on clen for another 2 weeks but doin it 2 days on 2 days off at 120mcg daily
GOALS: to loose the little bit of fat in the lower abs to get the full 6 pack out
keep my lean muscle i have worked hard over the winter to gain
STATS: 5'8, 180.2lbs (on monday morning empty stomach), been trainig almost 2 years, 18 years old, one cyc of M1t in the past sept.
