Today was my first day off my PWO shake that had creatine and protein and glutamine. I listened to you guys and made a shake that consisted of Apple Nectar ( 2 scoops ) which is 46g protein. I added 2 and 1/2 scoops of dextrose which is around 65-75g dextrose ( i dont think it has to be EXACTLY 2:1 ratio ). And wow.. Best shake ever.. Its like a dessert.. I cant wait to workout tomorrow and have it again.. Thanks to the people who made posts about Nectar or I would have never tried it.![]()
