I would like to see some variations......(protein)
I need a serious brake from eggs, egg whites, etc..etc....

When i get tired of egg whites my only other breakfast option is whey! The only 2 fast acting protiens that i know of!
I eat
2 cups natraul Malto-meal - w/ water never milk
2 Kiwi melons or whatever you call those things.
36 gram protein shake.
I have a double stack of pancakes , some sausages, toast, half a protien shake, glass of milk, glass of OJ and 7 or 8 eggs scrambled. Thats my usual meal, but it all depends on what my girlfriend decides to cook me.

16oz steak
6 whole eggs and 12 egg whites scrambled

Bowl or 2 of oatmeal, with Honey and bananas. Protein shake, and a muffin and coffee on the way to the office!
I used to eat more but my ex is now with BDTR so I do what I can now.....lol
Oh i forgot to mention, that was a whole package of sausages i eat. Something like 60 grams of protien.
I eat like an obese person.

12 egg whites and a pound or so of ham or bacon
When I get sick of that I get some of those low carb wraps, heat'm a sec, toss a half pound of thin sliced ham, turkey, chicken or whatever, lay on just a touch of ranch dressing and then a fist full of lettece from those ready to eat salad bags they sell in the grocery.....ok....I'll admit buy the time I get all that in there I basically use two wraps to get to roll up.
However 9 out of 10 times.....it's the eggs.

I love me some waffles, I got a waffle maker and everything. mmmmmmmmmm. I think breakfast food is my favorite. I remember talkin to vette on aim at like 4 in the morning and suddenly i went "oh **** i just stuck my arm in a plate full of syrup" and i decided to lick it off.
I'm a vial human being.
I try and keep my meals atleast 2000 cals, breakfast alone being over 3000

haha i just made waffles too, waffles and breakfast sausages. Lemme tell you, getting 70 grams of protien from breakfast sausages isnt easy.
