I was wondering what would be the best fighting style to work on. I want to add some fighting oriented cardio into my cardio workout and was wondering what would be the best fighting style to suit this.

Can you keep your HR at the right level for a prolonged period?
Go to the sleaziest, dirtiest, biker bar you can find and go up to the biggest guy there and tell him you want to give him a dirty sanchez and make him your b!tch. I think if you do this 3 times a week, you should get in good shape in no time at all.![]()
Boxing, kickboxing or Muay Thai. In no particular order. But if you wish to compete your going to have to hit the pavement and put in the miles. conditioning is everything.Originally Posted by se11
I do Muay Thai as cardio and it work fine for me.
No cardio no chance look at guys like Tank etc etc., you cn be strong as an ox but without cardio no chance.
well i don't want to compete. i would just like to know something and be familiar with something and mabye follow it.
In that case you probably want something traditional with lots of pomp and ceremony, any idea's guys?.Originally Posted by se11
