I really shouldn't do this, but what the h@ll...it'll allow me to do some post whoring....
If you have 100i.u. to reconstitute:

5 days (2 i.u./day)=10 i.u. every 5 days
5days @ 2 i.u./day + 2 days @ 0 i.u./day = 7 days
7 days = 1 week
100 i.u. divided by 10 i.u./week = 10 weeks
