I am having some serious trouble lately getting all of my meals in and its really starting to hinder my gains. I am bulking currently and am not realy too concerned w/ keeping it that clean. I am currently 6'0 and 210lbs fairly low bf but I dont have a specific # for my bf I can see abs and obliques when flexed.I am having trouble w/ work and eating. My diet has been going like this
4 am wake up
one mrp 50gms protien, 4gm fat and 30gms carbs
4:30 workout 1hour
5:30
same mrp shake this time w/ dextrose added carb/protien ratio 2:1
6:00
16-18 oz strip steak
1 cup oats
glass of skim
(heres where i am losing it)
8:30
muscle milk shake
10:30
2 chicken breasts
2 slices whole wheat bread
12:30-1:00
either same as above(2 chix breasts wheat bread)
or ground beef and whole wheat apprx. 10 oz beef
3:00
sometimes I miss this meal that sucks!!!!!
either 2 chicken breasts w/ raw vegis
or
big ass chicken and bean burrito(fresh not taco bell!)
or
nothing
5:30-6:00
muscle milk shake
7:00-8:00
whole wheat pasta ground beef tom sauce
or
steak fajitas w/ onion peppers low fat cheese low fat sour cream, tomatoes
or
grilles steak w/ zuchini,broccoli or similar
9:00 before bed
shake w/ whey casinate and isolate
I am usually missing my meal @ 3:00 and my 5:00 shake because I am usually so busy that it is hard to get away to pick anything up, I just put a microwave in my office so that I can bring my food in but I havent done it much at all, I have made up some hibachi style food and re-heated it and was good so I think I may just cook that in a big batch and also bring in some whole wheat pasta w/ meat and heat that up, any suggestion as to how it looks so far and what I can do to gain more dam weight. I am trying to put on as much as possible at the moment...thanks!!!!!
