    gsims' pics - Flame Away!

    Here are my stats in the pics: 5'11" 220 17% or 18%BF 19yrs Natural. I have changed alot since these pics but will not post them till after I do some summer cutting. Flame away!

    Its the flash on my suitemates digital camera. It sucks you can't turn it off

    I have been tryin any advice on what I can do to compleatly target that. I try close grip bench amd flies and really its been a bitch but I am working.

    gyno? I dont have gyno and I don't know why I would. never does AS or any pro hormone for that matter. I have big nipples from pulling on them when I was younger. Well anyway how would I reduce the puffy look that I guess you are seeing?
