When loading a syringe with say 1cc, is the bit below the marking line and in the needle calculated in? So if I draw up until the 1cc mark will I have 1cc or will I have 1cc+the amount below the line and the needle?

good question,.. i do it either way,..fact is,..its not gonna make a huge difference whether its dead on or a little plus....it wont hurt you
i always go a little extra to make sure.
same here i just go a little bit extra..
you or at least I cant ever get the last little bit of gear out of the needle so i dont worry about it when i am loading, i just go to the right mark o the plunger.
You have to go a bit extra because it never all comes out.
