inject all once per wee

need help here please.
i am doing 500sus and 400deca, for 8 weeks then clomid 3 weeks after stopping.
can you do all your injections on the same day each week?
as i find it hard to get round to doing it on other days.

No problem. sus in right cheek, deca in left cheek.

I would take 250 sus/200 deca and shoot that at one time twice a week. Might help to keep your levels a little more stable as far as the sus goes. Plus the deca supposedly helps with the sus pain....
I'm sure you could do it all at once though.

Did mine once a week at similar mg's of each. Turned out fine. I did mix them 1/2 & 1/2 because of the pian with sust,

It makes more sense to me to break the shots up to 2/wk. To keep the blood levels constant. Because gains are proven to be better when blood levels are kept constant and not spiking.

If you are using Sustanon, I would Definitely break that up into at least 2 injections / week. Sustanon is notorious for uneven testosterone levels because of the mix of short and long-acting esters.

I am doing a test en. 500mg and deca 400mg/week cycle, my injects go something like:

Monday: 1mL Testoviron + 1mL Deca in one 2mL injection
Wednesday: 2mL Deca in one 2mL injection
Friday: 1mL Testoviron + 1mL Deca in one 2mL injection

i'd mix the sust and deca into one syringe and shoot it twice a week as said previously
